PBE 9.18 Patch notes – Evelyn, greater threat than ever!

The PBE 9.18 is a fairly small PBE patch, with a mix of significant and ignorable changes made below.

Champion changes with PBE 9.18

Evelynn – R bonus damage against low health targets has been significantly increased from 100% to 140%. This will allow Evelynn to execute Targets, especially bruisers / brawlers much easier.

Jhin – Minor change, AD increased by 2 from 57 to 59.

Kai’Sa – E Bonus attack speed lowered at later ranks from 40/50/60/70/80% to 40/45/50/55/60%. This will impact Kai’Sa heavily in the mid / late game, lowering her overall damage output.

Lee Sin – Base stats rounded to nicer numbers, health from 570.8 to 575, and AD from 69.18 to 70. R however has been double buffed, with a slight 25 damage increase at all ranks, and a cooldown reduction at earlier levels from 110/85/60 to 90/75/60.

Miss Fortune – Q AD scaling up from 100% to 115%. Fairly significant considering Q’s damage is doubled in many situations. Will make Miss Fortune a much stronger laner.

Nunu – Scaling health per level nerfed from 90 to 82. Mana down from 283.56 to 280, with mana per level also down from 7.44 to 7. Scaling armor also reduced from 3.5 to 3. E slow changed from a flat 50% to 30/35/40/45/50%. Overall, a list of small nerfs that will reduce Nunu’s strength throughout the game.

Vayne – Tumble’s (Q) bonus AD damage has been increased from 50/55/60/65/70% to 50/57.5/65/72.5/80%. Will significantly lift’s her damage output considerably due to the high frequency oh her tumbles.

Xayah – Xayah’s base armor reduced by 3, from 28 to 25. Ultimate (R) cooldown increased by 20 seconds at all levels, now to 160/145/130.
